Kate Mercer is a wonderful and loving cat minder. Over several years, she often took care of our two cats, Rio and Kia, when she was living in the South East. She is very capable and can confidently administer medication as may be needed as she worked with a Vet previously. She quickly understood our cats moods and foibles -- adjusting feeding, sleeping and play schedules to meet their needs. She kept their box and feeding area clean and tidy, adjusted the shutters so they would have light and stimulation, and spent time with them. She is greatly missed!

Kate has been part of our two boys lives for the better part of a decade. During that time she walked them daily and provided house / pet sitting services while we were away on holiday (which meant the boys were able to stay in their own home instead of being put in a kennel). The love, care and support Kate had for our boys over the years is apparent. She only wants the best for the animals under her care and goes above and beyond to provide that service. Reliable, trustworthy, caring, and experienced; we are thankful for the years of love and care she has shown our boys. They absolutely adore her, and miss her greatly. My 5 yr old Cockerpoo is very nervous about meeting new people but he responded well to Kate. Kate was very calm & gentle and allowed him to get to know her in his own time. He very much enjoyed his walks which tired him out for the rest of the day. Kate is a lovely person, caring, trustworthy and reliable. I would highly recommend her
